Refund and Cancellation

KoliVivah provides a collection of online resources, including matrimony services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service"). Due to nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or money back.

Our effort is to try and offer you the best service to your satisfaction.

KoliVivah does not guarantee a full refund, If you change your mind after paying for a certain service, KoliVivah will act only on the policy here within. KoliVivah will refund according to the following guidelines:

  1. KoliVivah will not refund you, if you paid for service and then change your mind.
  2. In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, KoliVivah will not refund any amount.
  3. If you are not satisfied with service provided by KoliVivah, you will not get refund.
  4. KoliVivah may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the service it provides, any premium advertising and subscription which breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or where the user breaches any of these Terms or Conditions (and subject to any applicable laws), without refund.
  5. If you made multiple duplicate payments, sometimes this happens due various payment processing related issues, in this case we will refund you full amount which is there in your account.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by direct deposit to your nominated account. Refund payments may take up to ten (10) business days to be received.

If you don't want to continue using any of KoliVivah services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund and cancellation policy, you may contact us KoliVivah@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name, contact number and the reason of cancellation. *All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the billing department of KoliVivah will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
